Punished For His Cock Being Too Big For A Cage

His cock should be caged and restricted at all times, but it is so big that it just won't fit in a cage! i improvise and use some cbt toys which are typically used for the balls to inflict pain on his cock. my intention is to cause as much pain and torment as possible to make his cock shrivel up for me to shove into a cage.the issue is, the more pain i put his cock through, the harder it gets and the bigger he grows. he is destined for a lifetime of chastity, but his body keeps failing him.
